Rainy Day Blues

We had a gloomy day here in Katy, and Holden has been battling the teething monster, so we decided to stay home till tomorrow when the weather hopefully rebounds, and Holden's teething symptoms have calmed down.  Isla was excited to play in her room, so I took the opportunity to get some pictures of my sweetie in her space.  As she gets older, she's really started to appreciate having a room that's all for her, and she likes to spend more and more time up there.

Today we read books...

Loved our best friend...

Looked out the window and dreamed of better weather...

Got over it, and jumped on the bed...

Rode our horse "Pickles"...

And read more books... We read so many books that Isla didn't even protest when I picked out the books for bedtime this evening.

Sweet Holden was pretty mellow all day long, that is when he wasn't screaming his brains out.  Poor baby - this teething thing is SO much worse with him then it was with Isla...

Later as I was uploading and editing the pictures that I had taken earlier today, he passed out on the family room floor while he was drinking his milk. Love this baby boy so much and hope he starts to feel better soon...
