Last Day of School

This year seemed to fly by even faster than the one before… Although they all seem to do that don’t they?

As the kids grow older, I’m also finding myself looking forward to Summer more and more. This year was no exception - I think we were all ready for a little slower paced tempo.

Unfortunately this year Holden’s class didn’t do an end of the year party that included parents, but we were still invited into Isla’s classroom.

We couldn’t have been more proud of the award Isla’s classmates chose for her. She is SUCH a hard worker. Despite things being much more difficult on account of her dyslexia, this kid never gives up and I’m amazed by her daily.

I just know that she will do amazing things with that never-give-up attitude.

As soon as they got out of school I whisked them away to the Lake. Jordan would be joining us the following day for a week plus of fun and sun in the hill country! More to come!!!

These kids don’t love participating in the whole last day of school picture tradition… :)
