Brady and Isla's Playdate

Isla was recently invited over to her friends Brady and Avery's house for a playdate.  She had such a wonderful time, and ever since has been asking to have EVERYONE over to play.  Tops on the list: her sweet little friend Brady.  So this past week Brady came over to play.

First on the plan for the day: Crafts.  Isla was so excited and helped me get everything set up.  She could not WAIT for Brady to get here, and as soon as she heard the doorbell, she was off and running. She explained to me that SHE was going to open the door, and that I had to stay back...

Our kids being typical three-year-olds were pretty quickly tired with the craft, but we were able to make some pretty decent brown bag puppets.

The rest of the time was spent playing games and running around, alternating between times of pure joy and total frustration with each other.

They had a great time...  Unfortunately Holden basically slept through all the fun.  Guess we will have to set-up a makeup play date for him to attend.
