Heather's Story

I was recently contacted by a woman named Heather.  Heather was diagnosed with mesothelioma 7 years ago, right after the birth of her baby girl.  Thankfully, Heather is cancer free today, and asked if I would share her story with you.

Please take a moment to watch and share the below video.  Awareness is so important to finding a cure, and in our own little way we can all help do that.

I am sure that we all know someone who has been affected by this horrible disease in some shape or form.  As we look toward Cancer Survivor Day this Sunday, June 2nd, I would like to take a moment to honor the strongest person I know, and a multiple cancer survivor; my Mom.  She is my hero, and someone who will forever amaze and inspire me with her optimism and grace.  I love you more then you will ever know Mom!  I'm so glad that my kids have such a strong Mimi to look up to!

I hope these stories have inspired you to help spread the awareness - someday there will be a cure, and with more people sharing this the closer we will come to it.
