Dewberry Farms
Clearly I am WAY behind on blogging, but let's just power through and go back about a month. Everyone light a pumpkin scented candle, drink some apple cider and try to get in a harvest time of year spirit... Because we are going to Dewberry Farms.
Ever since moving to Texas this place has become a tradition in our family. It was exciting to share it with Holden this year, even if holding him for the majority of the trip made the already hot day feel even hotter. Yes, in South Texas, the season of Fall has vastly different temperatures then the rest of the country. Nevertheless we load our weekends up with trips like this one to help us get into the spirit. And while we may be drinking lemonade instead of hot cocoa, It still feels like Thanksgiving time to us!
This year Isla tried out every activity with no fear. This was no surprise to me as my baby girl has quite the adventurous spirit. Holden watched his big sister and joined in for some of the activities. We all had a great time and look forward to next years trip.
Isla got pretty severely bounced around this air walk as she was by far the smallest kid jumping. By the end I had to go up and help her off...
