The Pool is Open For Business!

It's official, our pool is open for the season.  Somewhat of an odd statement considering we heat our hot tub year round.  The kids always start off in the hot tub, and then eventually move onto the pool no matter how cold the water temperature.

After a number of warm days, and a hot weekend ahead, we decided to heat the pool as well, and have some kids over to break it in for the warm weather to come.

The kids had a blast "night swimming" and the pool stayed warm all weekend due to the high temperatures.

Holden takes advantage of the pool every chance we let him... Weekend afternoons, after school, right when he wakes up!  He doesn't care, he just wants to be swimming.

Isla typically claims she doesn't want to get in the water... until we are just about to get out, and then all of a sudden, she wants to go swimming too!  Of course...

Last weekend I took advantage of her in a cute dress out of the pool, and to my amazement, she somewhat cooperated when I pointed my lens at her.

She's mostly into goofing off, and taking silly pictures, but I think it's a pretty good representation of my little girl, and at this point, I'll take what I can get!
