Thanksgiving 2014

This year, we didn't have any travel plans or family coming in for Thanksgiving, we checked around and found out that a lot of our friends were in the same boat.  we decided to host a "Friendsgiving" celebration at our house.

The day was a ton of fun, everyone brought food to contribute to the meal, and we had a wonderful time over drinks and dinner.  

Later on, we heated the hot tub, and the kids had a great time burning off some energy.  

It was a wonderful way to celebrate one of my favorite holidays, and a great start to the most wonderful time of the year.  

Of course Isla refused to be in this family shot with us.  Holden wasn't super happy about it either...
