Closing out August

As I type my blog title I realize just how far behind I really am.  A lot has happened in the past month or so, and I haven't been able to keep up with this as well as I have hoped.  But, I'm back and ready to update you on whats been going on in our lives!

While our busy day-to-day routine has kept my camera in it's bag more often then not, I've had chances to pull it out during our downtime.

Here are some takeaways from the last batch of August pictures...

Holden really likes to climb on us...

He loves puzzles...

And he insists that you clap after he has completed them.

Sometimes he prefers to read a book by himself vs. having one read to him.

Lazy Saturday mornings are simply the best.  

And, Isla still mostly hates having her picture taken...
